In this project, you look at your current role in your workplace and explore your own leadership skills and impacts by applying knowledge to an action plan that strengthens your role as a leader.

Requirements

This project will begin with a definition of the type of formal or informal leader you would like to become. That definition will be built from your understanding of leadership traits and skills. You will then look for examples of that kind of leader and then discuss how to move toward becoming that leader while respecting the impact of making changes on yourself and others. The project will conclude with developing an action plan to accomplish your leadership goal.

Your final project, built in phases, will be approximately 10-15 pages long and meet APA standards for presentation including properly citing sources in APA format. Since you will be receiving feedback on each phase of the paper from your faculty member, it is expected that your final product will reflect that feedback.
