(IFSP) Individual Family Service Plan â€œa plan for special services for young children with developmental delays. It applies to children from birth to three years of ageâ€.
Children in our community can access early intervention services by contacting the local CDSA.
Services can receive from early intervention are physical, occupational and speech-language therapy, family support, special instruction, and assistive technology.
IFSP is a written plan that lists services and supports eligible children and families.
